Belittled by security

good day. my name is keith and i would like to lodge a complaint.<br> Knowing what a reputable company you are i would not want one bad<br> apple to ruin your reputation. you have one employee called Granny who<br> is currently working at bytes in midrand growth point who needs to be<br> reminded to treat customers and employees alike with respect.some of<br> the employees there are complaining about her but i would like to<br> speak for myself. She is rude and does not seem to be interested in<br> her work. I am not saying fire her but all im asking is for her to be<br> retrained because evidently she has forgotten what she was taught in<br> the first place. you can also investigate yourself and find out how<br> she treats people. I am a manager and i know the impact that has on<br> the company name.she embarrased me and was so rude and uncouth.thank<br> you for this platform.it shows you care about us.<br>
