Bad Treatment

One of your security guard is so rude and annoying. I work in one of the big shoe company that I won't mention. First time I went to pay my account in Capitec in Village Square I was holding a shoe the security asked me why am I holding a shoe in a mall I told him I'm going to pay my account I'm not selling. But he was so rude he chase me outside the mall and say **** to me. I was so ****ed I left and try to call *** which I believe is your head office number but no answer. On friday I was in the mall inside a Standard bank this security guy still come to me and try to chase me out but I told him Im not selling I'm here to open bank account but the guy was busy threatening me. Can you please teach your employees how to respect a customer.
