Bad service

I'm a very Angry customer about 2 weeks ago I requested a tracker unit from tracker and those guys called Me left right and center till I signed up with them Then a technician came to my house to install a tracker in the morning then after He left about two hour I drove my car then the car control unit ce off under the dashboard on the same day other wires came off as well I can't even drive my car as those wire prevents Me from driving my car now I have to Uber and bold to go work and other public transport

Honest I'm tired I need help as I've been trying to call them always when when I call someone tell Me that they will escalate or someone will call Me back . At some point I even pressed a panic button know someone will call Me of which they did and I explained and same thing happened saying they will escalate. I've sent millions of emails but no one ever responded to even since email Honestly I'm tired I just want this people to fix my carba take out there unit from my car and pay Me all the money I've spent on Uber and Bold
