Bad service

I recently fitted tracker from fedelity ADT on my car, first episode is when my battery died they never called and notify me about that instead another tracking company called and notify me.

Last week my battery died I realized that when I start my car I even pressed the panic button no call from fedelity I reverse this month debit order still no call from them.. Im so disappointed I want nothing to do with them.
