Bad service

Fedility has no respect for black business, we almost giving up on them paying the vehicle that was damaged by one of the drivers. Today is exactly a year since we submitted our documents and I have been going back and forth with their lawyers even today we are still waiting for section ii excess payment. i am not sure if it takes a full year to pay for the damages , but they do not even bother to call back after numerous of emails. According to them this was supposed to be sorted in 5 months but its been a year. Please help us on what we can do , Maybe they do not see the reasons of paying the taxi owner coz they think they better while the drivers are driving crazy and damaging our source of income. I am disappointed at the service level.
