Bad service

I was misled on a car tracker amount by fidelity consultant. Got SMS on my phone saying car tracker for an amount of 89 per month. I responded to the SMS the consultant called me and explained few 3 package to select from. I selected option that I have to see car movement like having App on my phone The amount was 169 per month. On our discussion the consultant never explained that they will be extra amount to be paid. I saw on my statement that an amount of R399.97 and R61 .97 was debited. To me it's like I was misled because if this was explained to me that they will be extra cost to be paid I wouldn't have agreed on thier package The question that I have now is that how much is the product that I have selected? On the next debit deducted should I expect more suprise like what they took from my bank account?
