Bad service

Afternoon my name is Boitshepo Kgare from blue hills ext15 I just wanted to share my disappointment about ADT fidelity security company, they installed an alarm in my house and I pressed the panic button on the 16th of December 2020 and I got no response. I then called them on the 22nd because I realized that my radio is not working, they promised to send out technicians to check but nothing. I called them again on the 30th, they promised the same thing but they never came. For such a big and respected company, I am very disappointed and irritated. All I want now is for them to come and take out their system and I will look for another company that will take my concerns seriously!
