Bad Driving. Bad Service .

This company is Famous for speeding and pumping into our vehicles. In July my car was parked in Noordhoek and one of their cars drive into my parked car. Im basically calling every second day to find out when they will be paying to fix my car. As I don't have insurance they are taking advantage of me being a woman to try and get themselves out of paying for the damage by taking their time. Any suggestions to speed this process up? This happened in July and we now at the end of October.
