Bad customer service
Fidelity service is a **** ....they deducted money twice in one month and they gave me a number *** for Lebo which the line is always busy or put on the side . When I call other numbers they send you from pillar to post Can't wait for this 3year contract to end... I repeat rather search for another security company ...Fidelity never!!!
