Bad customer service Adt security service

Bad service from FIDELITY Adt security service this is the second time they do this I paid on the 31 November an immediate payment to a standard bank acc which was given to me by their so call credit controller namely ditshegot and immediately send her a proof of payment but even today my payment is not allocated on Monday I call the call center they said their cant assist and transfer to a credit another credit controller namely Francis Botha who also ask for my proof of payment and never bothered to give me feedback again today when I call they keep on sending from.piller to post am now thinking of canceling this thing cause their customer service is bad they must refund me my money I will never refer them to anyone
