I called ADT security to inform them that I will be going away and I needed the house to be monitored and I also asked to be assisted with bypassing zone 1 I spoke to Faith who didn't know how to assist me and she promised to go ask and she will call back and she never did I called again after 29 minutes and I was told she has gone off and I spoke to Thato and I requested to speak to her team leader. And she put me through to Marina who said Faith never logged a call of what I requested her to do Matina after talking all the details she put me back to Thato who was supposed to assist with the bypassing I spoke to Thato who promised to call me back and put me through to the technician and she never called me baci
