AWESOME SERVICE/ASSISTANCE FROM Alisha Chain
Today I really just want to have a word of thanks for an employee at Fidelity Services Group for the BEST EVER service. Alisha Chain, you are really not just there to earn a pay cheque, you know and understand what it is to give EXCELLENT service and assitance and knows what it means to priorities the need of others. You make my claim so easy and without delays and my refund where I didn't have hope you give me new hope. I pray that your manager will look at this and give you a performance BONUS or recognition for your efforts as an employee. I know I am not the only gratefull one here......I salute you!!!
