Attempts to circumvent the law at Makro Brakpan

I visited Makro in Brakpan today and after paying at the cashier at 13h40, I proceeded to the exit and waited for the Fidelity security guard to check my goods and stamp my receipt. The security guard's name is Abel Morapane, who refused to sanitize his hands before touching my groceries. After the 2nd request which also included a demand to see his manager, he then sanitized his hands. He stated to me that he doesn't know the law, which I do not accept as a firm such as Makro and Fidelity would educate all their staff members. I demanded to see his manager called Thabo who then had a word with him. It is a ******** offence to not abide my laws relating to states of disaster. The camera footage at Makro would provide you with the evidence you need. What if I had a weak personality and just accepted his behaviour? Active Cases are on the rise and we all need to sanitize our hands which is a very easy practice.....The gentleman should be given a chance to defend himself and his actions, however, this behaviour is worthy of a final written warning.
