Assaulted

Today i was assaulted for asking why a fidelity car almost bumbed on me while on a que in one of the gas stations Atm. My dignity and physic was well dethroned today. The driver went as far as "didn't you see a car coming, we are at work, the next guy bridge his ak gun and slapped me. Sukhala Voetsek"

As hurt as i am, when the manager of the shop spoke to the driver while they drove off , the drivers responded "He gave us an attitude "

I for once didn't impose any danger nor harm, I respect their job but how he drove straight at me and still made me fear for my life by assaulting and threatening me.

Is it constitutional to attack bank customers without even informing them you are about to use the machine.
