Arrogant ****** Employee

My girlfriend was attempting to exit the mall as her transport was already waiting outside near KFC. She was walking directly behind a security staff member when he abruptly shut and locked the doors without acknowledging her presence. She politely asked him to wait as she needed to exit, but he ignored her. When she repeated her request a bit more firmly, he responded by clicking his tongue and rudely telling her to “just f***ing walk around.” Expecting a female to walk around the premises at that time of night is not only inconsiderate but also poses a safety risk. It’s deeply concerning that a staff member responsible for public safety would behave in such a dismissive and aggressive manner. Please ensure your employees are properly trained in both customer service and basic decency. It is unacceptable for anyone—especially women at night—to be treated with such hostility and disregard. Kindly look into this matter and take the appropriate steps to prevent future incidents of this nature.
