Armed response on MIA
On Sunday (10/05) evening my house alarm sent a signal about a potential burglary. I received a call and advised that I was not at home. I was promised advised that armed response is on its way. However, your armed response never arrived to assess the situation. I'm extremely disappointed with your level of service especially after sending numerous emails and sms messages affirming your commitment to protect us during this lockdown period because the ********* are not on lockdown.
