Almost died no reaction for service I pay for

I was held at gun point last night, I have a panic button option on my subscription which I managed to push and send them a notification that my life was in danger, they tried to call me which I couldn't answer cause I was held at gun point, after the call no one followed up or sent support my way because it was shift change and the guy wanted to go home. Is that how much my life is wort to you ? You go sleep soundly and I night end up dead without giving it a second look
