Again Fidelity astounds with no response to alarm!

<p>Yesterday at 9:36 i again had a alarm on the electric fence !</p> <p>i checked the surveillance footage this morning and again Fidelity had not responded. The problem lies with your control room dear useless people! Wake up or lose your clients! I again called the control room this morning to speak to a manager or Supervisor and again no such person was in the control room! I spoke to your Valentino! </p> <p>How do you in good good conscience take money from people when you so dismally fail to deliver a service????</p>
