Adt/Fidelity service suck

Last year around Feb/Mar I did quotation with ADT/Fidelity security for my house which I was not happy with service rendering and I decided to not continue with application but to my surprise the order was processed. And not sure why are they charging me as no device or equipment installed in my house. And now receiving some threatening sms that they have handed over my account to their attorneys and unfortunately I am not willing to engage with even those attorneys. ADT/Fidelity your service suck big time
