ADT/Fedility agents and services

ADT is the most unreliable security company in SA. I keep sending emails my contract has ended but they keep billing me, they then assigned an *********** person named Mukhethwa Ramaphuma on my case, I have sent a thousand emails to this person called their call center all she say she will call me back months later she hasn't, she will send the same email over and 9ver as if her job as her job is to do nothing. The service I received from Mukhethwa Ramaphuma is *******. I regret ever having any business with them.
