ADT won't save you

I would like to inform you about the terrible service I've had with ADT.

A year ago when my house was getting broken into, the company failed to respond to a panic promptly that night. It took 30 min to even call check if anything had happened and even longer before a patrol van arrived. The excuses I was given by the company was loadshedding puts a strain on them and they understaffed so I must please understand. Ofcourse, I made the argument that loadshedding was nothing new in this country, surely they must have plan in place to handle such situations. Turns out, they didn't and I was told to just trust them which I was not having. I was told by the 4th representative that called me that they would do better. Apparently a year later it's the same issues. No one calls, no one cares, just pay the monthly fee.

The past two days the alarm went off again. The first took 2 hours before a call came through and as of tonight when a panic was pressed, no one called to check if everything was ok.

Please don't fund ADT. They take they money, they don't improve and they don't care. I'll be cancelling mine in the next two months.

Don't sign up with them, it's all promises and lies
