ADT Waste of Money

We are being cheated by ADT, what they promised and what's happening it's totally different. We are paying ADT for the poster they plugged on our wall, because that is the only consistent thing from them. The reason we took out armed response is for security and not to advertise ADT, when we ring the alarm, we are lucky if we get a call, then when we get a patrol car come over clearly it's Christmas for us, which only comes once a year (never mind that it will come after an hour), and that is ADT for you. we are paying for their board being on our wall. when I complained telephonically, they advised that they would improve and someone would patrol in the afternoon and in the evenings. LOL , fell for that promise, only 1 guy (Khanyile) kept on coming for a month when he was on his shift others were a no show, or does ADT have 1 guy for Pimville ??? and since then when you ring the alarm shame its just for you, what armed response???? ADT sells that service but they don't deliver we are paying them to advertise for them so they milk more money out of people. Go to Maponya mall you will find them there or transporting ladders to Motswaledi.
