ADT very incompetant

I am making contact with regard to the attached statement I recieved today. I would like to clarify something that have been trying to with ADT without any success. I got a quotation for upgrading the alarm and installing 3 outside beams at a value of R10991 which I accepted and the installation was conducted,however upon testing we found that 2 of the 3 beams were not effective and hence a second set on beams were ordered at a value of over R7000 and they replaced the initial beams installed. The technician TOOK THE BEAMS WITH THEM, so I cannot pay for 4 Beams when I only received 2. so logic tells me that there difference between the first set and the second set and the new quote and invoice be given to me.

Secondly I paid a deposit of R4500 which is not internationally included on the statement after I have sent the proof of payment to Walter Brink the Sales Person copied on email and also to the very same ALWAYS NOT THERE email address.

According to me the amount that balance owing to ADT is R9124. 99(R2281.24*4)which we AGREED with Walter that I will pay it over 4 months on the 15th starting 15 April through a deposit into the ADT bank account that I also paid the deposit into.

Can I please be sent an updated statement and I will deposit the money on 15th April as agreed. I did not authorize any debit order
