Adt security system

Good day

I am Noxolo Mhlaba. I am lodging a complaint to ADT about an alarm not working.

It's been over a year now since my alarm system stopped working, I have been having back and forth phone calls with your consultants but no luck but yet the money is accumulating. The technicians were supposed to come an fix the problem a week after it stopped working but nothing and no one came to assist.

Now I am receiving calls to pay the outstanding balances that were accumulated while I didn't receive the service, which is a FUNCTIONAL ALARM SYSTEM.

Now I am not sure what exactly am I paying for, please see to it that this problem is fixed. I don't not owe ADT anything from July 2020, instead I paid til October, then I realized I was being charged for nothing because my alarm was not working.

I hope this formal complaint receives the attention it needs.
