Adt Security is a ****, they will try to milk you for all they can.

I called this company on 3 different occasions to tell them that my alarm was not working, eventually on the third try i got them and they sent their technicians who decided to rob me **** me and qouted me over R10 000.00 to fix my alarm system. I told them i cant afford it and to cancel the service in December. I explained to them that I was not going to afford it or pay for services that I don't have to cancel it until i raised enough money to fix it. Only to find out the system wasnt even broken and it only needed less than a meter of electrical tape that i fixed myself. Where exactly was the 10k for? Theyve refused to cancel my service and have been billing me simce to the tune of 1600 as it stands. I am no longer connected to their network.

If you can please avoid this company its extremely hard to cancel and their technicians are ********. I was told my system was beyond repair and needed 10k to fix for something i fixed for kess than 10 rands.
