ADT security in Vaal

Adt fidelity in Vaal such poor service, I'm paying every month for no service. My alarm went off just before 2h57 ,they called my sister who is my next of kin but not staying with me, I told her I'm not safe as somebody jumped over my fence. I had to call them to check why they are taking so long i was told they can't find my place.they have not yet arrived to check on me I'm a mother staying with an 11 year old.
