ADT security guards in the dark

How many more times will an ADT guard show up to our premises in the middle of the night after alarm was activated without a torch!! Its absolutely ridiculous the number of times I have asked a guard on duty, armed with a pistol but no torch. Walking around in the pitch dark with a dimm cellphone light! Really, its supposed to be a professional security service, how is this even possible?
