ADT ripping people off their lives

ADT is a mess,You have listed me on Debt collection companies and its ruining my credit record,i have paid you guys the full amount that needed to be paid,please send me a paid up letter and tel your dept collection company to release me please,I have been waiting for the letter since last year,up until today i am still receiving calls from you guys.You have also send me a statement relecting that I owe nothing,but still Norman dept collectors are calling me non stop.This is my last attempt with you guys after this i'm going to the security ombudsman since no one is willing to assist me.
