ADT Poor service
My name is Busisiwe Mngomezulu,i would like to lodge a complain with ADT Company, they handed over my account to Nimble group without replying to my request, i am told that i have an outstanding balance on my account, when i require a statement from them to show me which month i havent paid them, they dont respond, i have sent them a prove of email to show them the date which i had cancelled that account, they fail to show me their statement . ADT has a very poor service, i have been trying to follow this query but with no success.
