ADT please pay back my refund of R6523.03

I called Fidelity to give me a quotation to install a security beam at my house. They sent a gentlemen to inspect and give me a quote. I paid the amount I was quoted for on 18 February, I was promised installation on 26 February, I did not hear anything. I followed up on 27 February, was promised call back on 02 March, no one called. ADT continues to disappoint me. On 12 much I emailed the salesman and cancelled the installation. To date, I have not been refunded, I'm sent from pillar to post. Prior to that, I my alarm went off and no one responded. The service I received from them is phathetic.
