ADT - Pathetic Service

I would rate this **** company way below zero if the option was given. Absolutely terrible service!!!! After tolerating disgusting, beyond horrible service, I cancelled via phone, email, and even whatsapp. Repeated requests for a simple cancellation confirmation email are met with sweet ***ol. Harassed by calls offering 3 months free service but no acknowledgement of payment or cancellation. I've been met with nonchalance since I refused to accept their pathetic desperate attempts to retain my 3 accounts. After finally agreeing by telephone that my accounts were cancelled i STILL receive accounts from them. Obviously the cancellation is as bad as the actual client service. not a company to trust with your life, property or family.
