ADT Pathetic

Very bad service and experience! We installed 8 zone alarm which is faulty as it goes on for no reason, now they calling me to inform that they receiving alarm from Zone 16 !!! What the hell, i spoke to rude technical department which says they will send out technician with call out fees of 750!!! Ridiculous and pathetic service! When they want your contract the will act like they will do every thing for you and once you sign up then you see their true color. Lady from technical department tells me go ahead and send email for cancellation as she knows they all are useless and out there to rob people. They even charging me for call they make to inform about my alarm activation without coming out for arm response. Made biggest mistake !!! Stay away from useless ADT
