ADT - NON RESPONSE

I have had the worst experience ever. Alarm was triggered. No phone call from the control room. Response unit only arrived 40min after. When I enquired about this matter I was told that due to an influx of calls during loadshedding, the control room has delays in their response time. I asked if I can be contacted by someone who can assist with regards to how many response units there is, as it seems there is not enough vehicles available. Jon (the representative who signed our contract) has still to date not responded to my phone calls or any messages. This is our very first month with ADT and being a beauty salon where only females work, it is of utmost importance to be assured of our safety. This is unacceptable and I will be cancelling our contract.
