ADT NO VISITS

ADT calls at midnight last night. Mu automated response: Please send someone". No visit from ADT. (I have a camera monitoring driveway avd front door). ADT calls again at 6am. Same response from me, guess what? NO VISIT. I call ADT - after a verbal request to check my house, still no visit. I call ADT again, their premises are located 4 minutes ftom my house. I'm placed on hold for 6 minutes. "Sir, due to load shedding the response team is inundated with calls". *******, our alarm would go off constantly during load shedding. Terrible, zero service ADT doesn't even deserve 1 star. Reprehensible service.
