Adt meyerton area is useless

we had an emergency pressed the panic button 3 times they called twice in 40 min to ask if everything is fine but no response from them to come out and help... they didn't pitch up in one hour!!! they are just there for eye blind.... what is the purpose of them if they don't come out!!!?? the operator name was Thandie..... she called me twice and just asked if everything thing was okey..... why the fu&$k would I press the emergency button and asked for help and then she asked again if everything was okey..!!!???!?!?!? still no person at my gate after 1 hour!?!!!?
