ADT is the worst

The worst security ever. It's not even a year I've been with them but I'm already contemplating cancelling my services with them. I've been calling trying to get help, being transferred from one department to the other with no help. On the 25th I was told a technician will come on the Thursday the 27th before 12pm to fix the issue with my alarm. It's already 12:30, no sign of the technician. I called the customer service again but still not joy. Instead I get she can see a technician was scheduled to come but she is not sure as to why he didn't come, then she transferred me to another useless line. Yet they don't fail to debit my account
