ADT is absolute a waist

Worst service we have ever had, We have 2 accounts with these guys and are receiving the worst possible service. 1. System has not been working for the past year and a few months and still to date we have not received ANY signal fault or any site visits from these, but get a monthly charge of R900+?

2. We requested the option 1 open/close service in Dec 2020 and to date nothing. We have NO door and window sensors in 1 of the rooms and the office building's keypad is not even set and up to date?

3. None of our PANIC buttons are linked / functioning at all.

4. After numerous emails and calls they do not even come back to us..
