ADT Is a ****
The alarm system is faulty and their technical guys said it can not be fixed, so I called for cancellation and they don't want to, I've been trying to cancel the alarm for almost 2 months now without any success. Every time I call the technical CEO always ask for my cell number to call me back and he never call me until today. They keep on deducting my money for alarm that is not working. Please help me to cancel this service, I was never happy from day 1 of installation and I don't want it anymore
