ADT increases my premium although i cant afford it

Hi, I got the SMS of an inrease to R380 & I`m puzzled about it. Recently in 2020, I was in verge of cancelling my ADT as I wasn’t affording the premium. Then ADT said they will give me R350 premium which should run for the next 12/24 months. Then boom 2 months later, ADT increases my premium by 8,5% which I can't afford right. I have sent 2 emails about this on the 18th & 25th Nov with no feebacks. I cant afford the new premium of R380 but only R350.
