I have been without an alarm for more than a month now only empty promises made by the branch .I have made several phone calls and they still have the audacity to debit my account knowing that I am not covered .they also phoned my wife to make an appointment but never actually pitched up. The actual armed response has such good customer service but the ones that sits in the office don't give a damn..
