ADT - Fidelity, what a shamble

Have been a ADT customer for over a year now. Because we stay on a small holding did we decide to install with the best and the leaders in security. The rep was fast and installation done on time. From then all downwards, alarm faulty, system giving problems to replacement of dock panel which was faulty months ago and replaced at my expense. I upgraded my beams to 180 deg beams and technicians haven't got the tools to replace or move. Alarm going off with no reason, no technical advice. Technicians unequipped to do the job and will rather return 2 or 3 times to do the same job than doing it the 1st time right. The only problem is no other company in our area to take over the system which I have paid over R 35k for.

Really fed up with this kind of ***boy behaviour.
