ADT Fidelity Service is Pathetic.

ADT Service is pathetic.

ADT is aware that there is a problem with my alarm where it sends a Panic Signals out to them and on each time, they send an response car out.

The Call Centre Staff calls me +- 20 times a day including night times.

I have escalated this numerous times with no resolution.

All ADT is interested in, is taking your installments and not rendering a security service.
