ADT Fedility crashed into me and ran away

I need urgent assistance with regards to an accident in which one of your vehicles was involved. The driver knocked into me on Friday, 14 January 2022, on the corner of Zeekoe Road and 7th Avenue, Lotus River, Cape Town.

Kyle from your contact centre was going to to send the necessary contact details for your Johannesburg branch, so that we could go ahead with a claim enquiry but he hasnt contacted since. One of the officers on duty, whom the driver had contacted showed up at my family residence after multiple vehicles circled the home to take my and my sisters details. He advised that he would be in contact with regards to the incident, as the driver who knocked into my car had passangers in his vehicle whilst, on duty. We were also advised not to make a case or contact police as we would be contacted directly by ADT Fedility. We have however completed an Accident report at Grassypark Police station, Cape Town. I need to know what is going to happen as i need my car fixed.
