ADT don’t respond to crimes. Only arrive 45 minutes later after the crime taken place

On the 1st July 2019 around 11:30pm my parents were brutally attacked at their house. Armed attackers entered the house. My parents pushed the panic button. My mom called and said they in the house please come....... My dad was badly beaten up. Hit over the head. Cut, stabbed. Your useless armed reaction team. Came 45minuts after the crime took place. And after the neighbour help them to the hospital and back home. The alarm went off again. And as usual your “quick” response team came half hour later……… ***…. I want a response. I am taking matters further. I will be posting on Hello Peter as well as every social media plat form stating how pathetic your company is. I'm going to put your company on every newspaper in the country. For false service. YOU HAVE NO COMPLAINT EMAIL ADDRESS. NO CONTACT DETAILS. JUST FOR SIGNING UP FOR A USLESS SERVICE. I put a complaint on the signing up page. Got no response from any management. Been 3 working days for ADT to respond. And no Management taking ownership.
