ADT DELIVERS PATHETIC SERVICE

Good Day. I have complaint about adt fidelity as of January 2021 i have been receiving poor service but the debit orders goes off every month . The alarm will trigger while i am at home ,not sure why and they would call me to ask if i am at home(the response will be i am at work )they will send out a van to check whenever they get a time whether its 2 hours later they simply don't care .This has been ongoing until March 2021.I have spoke to a Joe -Patrol Manager and he advised they do patrols (part of the job -free)as much as you want -sometimes 3 or 8 a day but that is not happening .I am calling ADT every month ,sending emails without success. This is really bad very poor service delivery and my opinion is ADT has no purpose.
