ADT Crime

In December my account got debited R3145.00 by ADT. When I contacted ADT I got the run around. I got no services from ADT and they have *******ly authorised a debicheck making it difficult to get a refund from my bank. I’ve spoken to a Moghammed that up until now is still requesting ‘my contract’, I’ve spoken to a supervisor named Jane that said she will escalate it to a guy named Denzel Naidoo that to date has not gotten back to me. I have no alarm system in my house, no remotes for any security or anything from ADT. I have logged a ***** case with my bank and I’ve taken this matter to PSIRA. Wahl Bartmann should be ashamed of the above mentioned staff working for him that have no sense of ethics or accountability. Disgusting. I am awaiting feedback and a refund of my money, to mention I have also taken it to NCC.
