ADT bull**** service

I am very disappointed on ADT third party response...... It's 2 occasions that my alarm triggered and my phone was off, instead of the armed response to get to my house and check they always say they got to the wrong address.

1st incident they said they went to a house number that when I went to check it does not exist, 2nd time they said they went to a house number that I did not understand where it's based.

And mind you, I am in the house. If I was not in the house and notice that they didn't come they will keep on giving false information that they did come and checked knowing very well that they did not come

This outsourcing armed response is not working, ADT must stop taking advantage of black people areas. Where there is white people they do not outsource they resopond directly but with us black people they outsource cause they do not take us seriously

This third party armed response takes over an hour to respond and they do not even leave a note on the gate or in post box as evidence that they came to check on why the alarm had triggered, it's as if they park cars and sleep or they drink alcohol on their off peak times.... They do not listen well at all times, they always get address given to them by adt consultants wrong..... This is going to end in tears

I complained about their late response once and asked for a senior to call me... No one called

Clearly I'm not taken seriously only when I'm dead in the house is when adt will take this late response and third party hiring serious

I am paying monthly services to adt but I do not get peace of mind and I do not see a reason why I should continue paying for stressful service
