Adt bad service

Good morning Please note this is my second bad bad experince from adt security

As in the past ,i have came to the conclusion that adt makes money from the blacks in the townships and invest more best infrastructure in the historically white areas If u are black and u have a problem with u alarm system they will never attends to u problem, they will even drop your phone on your ears hence not solving the problem and putting the lifes of is poor blacks who are paying the premiums every month at risk This is totaly unnceptalble and bad service
