ADT ARMED RESPONSE NOT RENDERING THE SERVICE THEY ARE PAID FOR!!!!!!

I have given up on this security services. As I write, we are still waiting for armed response to be dispatched to our house as an attempted house break-in just happened 40 mins ago.

I have laid a complaint 3 times with no help. Yet we are paying for the services. I don’t even know why we even bother as they do not care at all.
