ADT annual premiums

Hi,

I am really not happy with ADT monthly premiums, last year December 2020 my annual premium was increased and I was ok with that. I have received my May statement with another increase, I mean really are we expected to pay 2 annual increases with a year while on the other hand we did not get even 1 cent salary increment.

If this is not sorted, I am cancelling the insurance as soon as possible.
